Our home was originally designed by one of Thailands leading architectural and construction companies from Belgium. It demands the highest of quality construction and imported materials. The villa is designed in a contemporary Thai form with a European standard of living to the finest detail.
Sunset Heights comes with a 12-meter infinity pool, a superbly appointed living room, 3 en-suite bedrooms, an outdoor teak terrace for alfresco dining, and breathtaking sunset views all year round. Sunset Heights is set on a lush green hillside and appears to attractively cascade down amongst carefully manicured gardens and landscaping.
The villa is built on 3 levels:
1. MAIN VILLA:
The main villa comes with a spacious living room, open plan modern kitchen, teak wood terrace and ensuite master bedroom.
2. SALA & POOL:
The comfortable poolside sala includes a sofa, cushions and sun loungers for relaxing. The 12-meter infinite pool provides ultimate privacy.
3. DETACHED BEDROOM VILLAS:
Ensuite bedroom villas 2&3 come are situated lower down the hillside. Both have Queen size beds and separate bathrooms with walk-in showers.
